What Operating Systems does your recruitment software support?
All of our products have been designed to run on both Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, Server 2000 or 2003 and Apple Mac OS X platforms.
Does HRS Lite have auto skilling and CV
parsing built in?
For Auto CV parsing and skills input you will need to consider the Pro version of HRS.
Does HRS Lite have built in Communications?
Yes you can send emails from HRS Lite and have those emails logged against the candidate or contact or company and these emails can be retrieved or viewed against each record.
Is HRS Lite a multi user system?
HRS Lite is a multi user system and can be sued with as many as 250 users on a single network. However the multi user package does come with a price premium as FileMaker Pro needs to be purchased also. For more than 5 users, you will need to purchase FileMaker server as well. HRS Lite with FileMaker Pro included will cost £230 UK per user.
Is there a single user discount?
There is a single user discount in that HRS Lite single user bound solution only costs £200 UK and as a single user you will receive 1 months support for free. Call for details.
Is it possible to connect remotely to
HRS Lite?
There is a built in Remote function to HRS Lite and it is advised that a fast broadband connection is installed. Recommendations of these can be given by calling 0845 060 0860.
Does HRS Lite require training?
No. There is a built in movie help file located at the bottom left corner of HRS Lite and if you click on that button a database is launch. This database contains Quicktime movie files that show you exactly what HRS Lite can do and how it functions in every way. If you do not have Quicktime installed on your computer you will need to download it from www.apple.com/quicktime and follow the installation instructions.
Can HRS Lite be customized to suit unique recruitment processes?
No. For customisation requirements you will need to purchase the Pro version of HRS.
What is the difference between HRS Pro
and Lite?

However in principle, the Lite is not a replacement
product for the Pro and although it offers powerful searching storage and
retrieval in a very fast and easy to use environment, the main missing features
are, invoicing, diary, workflow activities, to-dos and tasks (MS Outlook Sync),
built in mail merges, skype dial, sms text sending, postcode radius searching,
job long listing, reporting, and auto cv parsing.
