Reports are added to HRS Pro on a regular basis. Most of our clients are more than happy with the built in reports that HRS Pro provides to it's users. However, occasionally we get a request to develop a new report from a client that, with there permission, we add to HRS and make it available to all our supported customers.
The Activity report is the most commonly used and provides the managers with a tool that summarises the entire actions of every consultant using HRS Pro. Each consultant's activities are monitored continuously and includes the no of calls logged, notes made, interviews created, CVs entered into the system, contacts entered into the system, CVs sent to clients, placements booked, and invoices generated within any date range you request.
Financial information is also recorded in HRS and some of the built in reports include full yearly financial summaries of all sales.
